NORELL will replace any product found to be defective or not in conformance with published specifications.NORELL makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the suitability of any merchandise for any specific use and shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of this merchandise nor for consequential damages.

We cannot accept return shipments unless we have been notified and have issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Please contact our customer service department for an RGA number. The RGA number should be referenced in all correspondence regarding the return. The RGA number should also be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton(s) containing the returned goods. This will guarantee a timely credit or replacement.

If for any reason an order cannot be filled completely, you can authorize a partial shipment and the balance will be sent as soon as possible. If the complete order must be shipped at one time, please specify at the time of order. Shipment will be by best available means unless you instruct us otherwise.

Every effort is made to pack our products to prevent breakage during shipment; however, if damage does occur, use the following procedures to file a claim:
Air Freight, Express or Truck Delivery
Contact the local agent of the transportation company immediately and request examination. Hold damaged goods with the container and packaging until the examining agent has an inspection report. Mail the inspection report to NORELL along with the completed damage form that is enclosed with each shipment.
United Parcel Service (UPS)
Retain the container and packing. Notify us using the breakage form which is enclosed in each shipment. We will arrange for UPS to pick up the shipment and we will send a replacement.
Note:
All damages in shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. Therefore, all the above instructions must be complied with to file a valid claim and to receive a credit or replacement.
